Addressing at the Inaugural session of 2nd Vagdevi Literature Festival held at Bhubaneswar among the other important appearances were Ruben Banerjee, Editor, The Outlook, Eminent litterateurs like Prativa Satpathy, Phani Mohanty, Bijay Nayak and Pradip Biswal . Directors of this Festival Dr Alok Kanungo and Mrs Mamata Tripathy were also present. This Event was organised beautifully at Bhanjakala Mandap on 23 and 24 November 2019
